Regrowth

I don't have any extended trips on the horizon, so thought it would be a good time to try again with the flowers:


And, our yard tiny patch of grass has never been especially healthy, but after our absence and a few weeks of 100 degree temperatures, it is now almost entirely dead:


So, we're trying for a little regrowth there as well. (Confession: this is not the first time I have scattered grass seed and vowed to faithfully water every day. Something more interesting invariably comes up.)
